Discover how to access a complete history of interactions with your contacts!

You can access a complete history of interactions with a contact directly from your inbox. This history allows you to view all sent messages, as well as all previous conversations with the contact, including messages, audio, images, and documents.

To view the interaction history, simply click on the highlighted icon below:

This button functions as a quick shortcut that redirects the agent to the specific contact tab within HubSpot.
