Ending a conversation is simple. Just click on the icon highlighted in the image below.
However, before closing it, you also have the option to perform some additional actions.
Before closing a conversation, the agent has the option to fill in a specific property. These properties can be added by the manager directly in the settings of the Spread.chat dashboard. This functionality allows for customizing additional information related to the conversation, ensuring a more thorough and organized closure.
The properties can be added directly from the management dashboard.
Furthermore, you can associate a conversation with a deal or a ticket before closing it. Just select the desired option to assign the conversation to the respective pipeline or ticket, making it easier to organize and track appropriately.
