How to log in as an operator?

If you are logging into your account for the first time or need assistance, we can help you with some simple steps!

Step 1

The first step is to install the Spread.chat extension from the link below.

This extension will be responsible for integrating WhatsApp into HubSpot.

Step 2

After installing the extension, check the password sent to the operator's email. The password will be sent only after the manager registers the operator via the Management Dashboard.

Important

If you need a new password, it is also the manager's responsibility to resend a new password to the operator's email.

Step 3

Once you have received the password, just access HubSpot -> Conversations -> Inbox.

A pop-up like the one below will appear. This is where the operator will use the password sent via email earlier.
