The first step is to install the Spread.chat extension from the link below.
This extension will be responsible for integrating WhatsApp into HubSpot.
After installing the extension, check the password sent to the operator's email. The password will be sent only after the manager registers the operator via the Management Dashboard.
Important: If you need a new password, it is also the manager's responsibility to resend a new password to the operator's email.
Once you have received the password, just access HubSpot -> Conversations -> Inbox.
A pop-up like the one below will appear. This is where the operator will use the password sent via email earlier.
Important: The password field may be pre-filled with the password you use to access the CRM (if it is saved in your browser). However, it is essential that you replace this password with the one sent via email.
When the inbox for spread.chat appears, it means everything is set up, and you can start your service!
Important: At the bottom of the inbox field, you can configure whether you want to receive notifications, set your status, and quickly access our Help Center.
