The message models are available in each attendant's inbox for them to use during interactions. It's a handy way to streamline and enhance the efficiency of the communication process.
To create message models, the manager can access the management panel and select the "Models" tab.
In this section, they'll have the option to create and manage message templates in an easy and intuitive manner. It's a convenient way to ensure consistency and efficiency in communication across the team.

And to create them, just click on "New Model" in the upper right corner. A creation pop-up will appear on the screen, where you can fill in essential information such as name, content, and the sector in which the template will be available for use.
