On the right side of each agent, there are some actions available. See below
In this action, the manager can block the agent from receiving messages or log in and out intuitively, as illustrated below.
By blocking transhipment to the agent, they will not receive any conversations in their inbox unless they are specifically transferred to them by another agent or manager.
In the editing option, the manager can configure basic registration information such as name, email, username, department, and tags as needed.
If an agent needs a new password, the manager can send it again through the corresponding icon for that agent.
Whenever the password resend action is used, the agent will receive a new password, which will be different from the previous one.
This action allows the manager to delete agents directly from the dashboard independently.
