Mass triggers via workflows

In this topic, we will cover how to carry out mass mailings using HubSpot workflows.

Mass WhatsApp triggers can now be done directly via workflows, this action can be added anywhere in the flow, using contact and deal triggers.

When creating a flow, you can find the WhatsApp send action in the list of available actions, as shown in the image below

Pre-registered and approved templates of the workflow type will be available for use within this action. To do this, you need to select the template you want and define its variables.

A preview of the chosen template will be displayed so that the person responsible can validate that the content has been viewed.

It is also important to define the sector, which must always be the main sector of the account, and to assign a campaign name.
