Campaigns refer to mass message sends carried out via workflows. Each campaign is identified by its name.
Important: If multiple campaigns are created with the same name, their metrics will be consolidated under a single reference.
For these campaigns, managers will have access to the following metrics:
Total messages: The number of contacts reached by the campaign.
Total messages sent: The number of messages successfully delivered to contacts.
Read rate: The percentage of messages that were read.
Reply rate: The percentage of messages that received a response.
It's important to note that read metrics may be affected when the read receipt option is disabled in WhatsApp. This means the reported read rate is usually lower than the actual number of messages read.
Additionally, discrepancies between the total messages and the messages sent may occur. This happens because not all phone numbers in the recipient list may be active on WhatsApp or might be outdated. As a result, even if the workflow reaches a certain number of contacts, not all of them will actually receive the message.
