The campaigns refer to bulk sends made through the flows. Each campaign is identified by its name
For these campaigns, the manager will have access to the following metrics:
Total messages: the number of contacts reached by the campaign metrics.
Total messages sent: the number of messages effectively received by the contacts.
Percentage of messages read. Percentage of messages responded to.
It's important to note that read metrics may be affected when the viewing option is disabled on WhatsApp. This means that the percentage of reading is often lower than the actual value.
Additionally, there may be differences between the total messages and messages sent. This is because not all numbers on the recipient list may be active on WhatsApp or may be outdated. Consequently, even if the message flow has reached a certain number of contacts, not all of them will effectively receive the message.
