Agents have the ability to transfer conversations directly from the inbox. This feature is particularly useful in certain lead interactions, allowing transfers between agents without the need to start a new conversation.
To perform a transfer, simply click on the transfer icon highlighted below.
You can select the desired agent or department and perform a direct transfer to another agent's inbox.
