Messaging Limit
Message restrictions determine the maximum number of interactions a business can initiate using each phone number within a consecutive 24-hour period.
An interaction begins when the first message is sent to the customer and automatically ends 24 hours later. It is not possible to manually close an interaction before this period ends.
If the messaging limit is reached, new interactions can only be initiated after one or more active interactions have ended. However, it’s important to note that these restrictions do not apply to interactions initiated by the customer.
