Types of Reports
Here you can check the types of reports available for export and the information each of them provides.
Trigger rating:
This report provides insights into the performance of your message blasts, including:
Best day for sending;
Best time;
Number of messages sent;
Number of replies received.
Campaigns:
This report contains information about the created campaigns, such as:
Total number of contacts;
Number of messages sent;
Number of failed messages;
Number of replies received.
Conversations:
This report provides details about each conversation within the selected period, including:
Customer information;
Conversation status;
Operator who handled the conversation;
Whether the conversation involved a bot;
First and last interaction;
Department;
Customer satisfaction rating (if using Spread.Chat’s default rating system).
Triggers:
This report provides information about all blasts sent (via Timeline or Workflow), including:
Campaign;
Source (Timeline or Workflow);
Sending status;
Contact details;
Sending date;
Blast content;
Error status (if any).
Triggers and Interactions:
This type of export provides raw metrics on the number of initiated conversations, such as:
Total number of blasts per day;
Total blasts via Timeline;
Total blasts via Workflow;
Incoming conversation initiations;
Number of failed returns.
Conversations whit bot/attendant:
This report shows the total number of conversations closed by bots or agents on a daily basis, including:
Total conversations closed by the bot;
Total conversations closed by an agent.
Tip: After exporting the report, it will be generated in CSV format, making it easy to open and use in Excel or Google Sheets.
