Quality Rating

The health of your WhatsApp number is crucial for keeping it active and increasing credibility with your customers and leads. In this module, we will guide you on how to check this information in Meta Business.

The quality rating is determined based on messages received by customers over the past seven days. This evaluation considers customer feedback, including reasons for blocking your phone number and other reports made by contacts.

You can find the quality rating in the Phone Numbers tab within Meta's WhatsApp Manager. The Quality Rating column displays the following status levels:

• Green: High quality

• Yellow: Medium quality

• Red: Low quality

Maintaining a high-quality rating allows your business to qualify for additional features. If a user chooses to block your business, they will have the option to select a specific reason for the block, such as: No longer needed, Did not sign up, Spam, Offensive messages, No reason given.
