Before closing a conversation, the agent has the option to fill in a specific property. These properties can be added by the manager directly in the settings of the management panel in spread.chat. This feature allows for the customization of additional information related to the conversation, ensuring a more complete and organized closure.
The properties that can be modified will be displayed in a pop-up, along with their corresponding internal values, allowing for convenient editing of this information.
