Additionally, you can associate a conversation with a deal or ticket before closing it. Simply select the desired option to assign the conversation to the respective pipeline or ticket, making organization and tracking easier.
It’s important to note that for a conversation to be associated with a deal or ticket, the contact must already be linked to one of these two. Remember, it is the conversation that gets associated with the deal or ticket, not the contact itself.
When the conversation is closed, it will be removed from the inbox and recorded in the contact's timeline, ensuring a complete history and better organization of interactions.
